👩 Can you introduce yourself in a few lines?

‘I'm Kseniia Saievych, and tech is my passion. I love innovating to help businesses progress. I've been lucky enough to build my career in dynamic startups, exploring marketing and insurance in turn. In 2022, I joined Seyna as Engineering Manager. In this role, I am committed to developing effective and innovative solutions tailored to the needs of brokers, policyholders and insurers. My main objective, together with my team, is to transform the insurance sector to make it more efficient and innovative.’

👩💻 Kseniia, what triggered your interest in French Tech?

‍

‘My ‘French Tech’ click was born out of my desire to save time and simplify life through technology. I've always been fascinated by how a well thought-out solution can integrate into our daily lives, automate tasks, and even improve results through data analysis.’

💪 The thing you're most proud of?

‍

‘I'm incredibly proud of the innovation my team and I have brought to insurance. We've created a product that simplifies and speeds up underwriting, making every step automatic, from quote to signature. This has lightened the workload for brokers and made reporting instantaneous for insurers. It's a major step towards a more agile and efficient industry.’

🤯 Your wildest career goal?

‘My boldest professional goal is to transform the insurance industry into a model of agility and efficiency. I am motivated by the vision of a world where insurance processes, often perceived as slow and complex, become fluid and automated. ‘Time is money’ and I am determined to modernise current practices to make the sector more responsive and efficient. I aspire to a future where technological innovation drives the industry, for the benefit of all its stakeholders.’

⌛ If you could go back, would you do anything differently?

‍

‘If I could go back in time, I would have encouraged myself to be bolder from the start of my career. Taking risks is essential to grow and develop professionally. One thing I've learned over time is the importance of surrounding yourself with inspiring people who share their skills and stimulate your growth. If that's not the case, it's crucial to seek out an environment that propels you forward. That's why I feel so fulfilled at Seyna, surrounded by real professionals who are passionate about what they do. This daily support and inspiration is invaluable for moving forward with confidence.’
