An opportunity for commercial diversification

Seyna, an insurer specialising in the distribution of white-label insurance products via its network of partner brokers (wholesalers, generalists and specialists), today announced a strategic partnership with Mutuelles du Soleil.

The aim of this partnership is to strengthen Seyna's network for its health insurance products to support its strong growth, while enabling Mutuelles du Soleil to extend its commercial presence beyond its traditional customer base.

Julien Benariba, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Production at Mutuelles du Soleil, explains: "For our group, it is vital to remain innovative in terms of tools, relationships with our members and the offers and services we provide. Our ambitions for the coming years are to develop, extend and rejuvenate our portfolio, as well as to develop our distribution and management offers".

A strategic fit

In this arrangement, Seyna brings its brokerage expertise and its ability to develop innovative white-label insurance products, while Mutuelles du Soleil provides its know-how in health risk management and its financial strength as a insurer.

Morgane Chavanier, Managing Director of Mutuelles du Soleil, comments: "Mutuelles du Soleil is seeking to combine tradition with modernity, to combine human relations with technological progress. Above all, we want to be more than just a payer, we want to be a partner in our customers' lives."

Promising first results

Since the partnership was launched, more than 1,200 people have already been covered by health insurance thanks to this collaboration. The two companies plan to extend their cooperation with a common objective: to enable Seyna to offer innovative health insurance solutions via its network of brokers, while offering Mutuelles du Soleil the opportunity to develop in new market segments.

Jean Nicolini, Chief Finance and Risk Officer at Seyna, says: "We strongly believe in this partnership with Mutuelles du Soleil. Our expertise and tools for operating brokerage networks combined with their experience of the health market creates an ideal synergy to meet the current challenges of the health insurance market".
