Dear partners, customers and friends,

As we enter 2025, I wanted to take a moment to look back at the key moments of the past year and share our outlook, as outlined in our Horizon 2027 strategy.

This year has been marked by significant developments in the insurance sector and by the efforts of our Seynators team to meet the needs of brokers.

I have had the opportunity to speak with many of you and I am excited about what the future holds.

Significant growth in 2024

We have maintained strong growth this year!

We will soon reach the €100 million mark in written premiums.

This performance is the result of our broker customers continuing to develop, stand out and respond effectively to the expectations of their markets.

We are proud to be their partner, providing them with technological solutions and our insurance expertise. We will continue to invest in their success.

Acceleration in health

As we have heard time and time again, the healthcare market is under pressure. How can we provide brokers with risk capacity and build insurance products in a market where margins are thought to be negative?

To this end, we have invested heavily and stepped up our efforts in this sector. We still have a lot to prove - but we have made significant progress in the space of a year.

APRIL, Assurea, Actudata, Soluprev, Yonivers, SPVIE... so many players who are showing that it is possible to launch and operate successful health insurance programmes!

International expansion

2024 marked a turning point in our development with the start of our expansion in Europe.

This crucial step means we can now support our broker partners such as Libbela and CAAREA in their European growth ambitions.

This expansion testifies to the maturity of our organisation and our ability to manage risk in different regulatory environments.

Long-term partnerships

Our year was marked by the deepening of our long-standing relationships and the launch of new partnerships.

Brokers such as Roole, Phenomen, Dalma and Garantme continue to develop year after year alongside us, demonstrating the solidity and durability of our model. Their continued growth is a perfect illustration of the added value that Seyna brings to its partners over the long term. I would also like to thank them for their renewed confidence.

We were also delighted to announce our collaboration with SPVIE! which joins Marsh, Verspieren and Verlingue, confirming our position as a reference partner for the leaders in the brokerage industry.

Recognition

The quality of our work was widely recognised in 2024, in France and across Europe.

We had the honour of being selected in prestigious rankings (Sifted 250, LETS 2024, French Tech 120, 6th French insurtech in the Fintech 100), positioning us among the most successful French scale-ups.

I'd like to thank all the Seynators for their hard work!

A strong team

Our strength lies in our team.

In 2024, this conviction was confirmed once again. We have seen our people flourish and take on new responsibilities as we work together to shape the future of insurance.

I would like to take this opportunity to announce that Arnaud Ducruix will be taking up the position of Director of Risk Management - and other promotions will be announced shortly! This internal progression is a perfect illustration of the development opportunities we offer our teams and our ability to nurture talent.

Perspectives

As mentioned above, the Horizon 2027 strategy will focus on simplifying Seyna's positioning as the most efficient insurer for brokers.

The aim will be to increase the performance of our broker customers' insurance programmes, while continuing to invest in our technology.
