An alliance to meet the new challenges of travel

Seyna, the most efficient insurer for brokers, is teaming up with ASSUR TRAVEL, a wholesale broker specialising in travel insurance. This partnership aims to revolutionise the insurance experience of travellers by combining Seyna's actuarial and technological expertise with ASSUR TRAVEL's proven experience in the field of international mobility. Together, they aim to develop customised insurance solutions that meet the complex and evolving needs of travellers, whether expatriates, tourists or business travellers.

Arnaud Gérard, Chairman of ASSUR TRAVEL, comments: ‘At ASSUR TRAVEL, our mission is to provide unrivalled flexibility and responsiveness in the travel insurance sector. The alliance with Seyna allows us to reinforce this promise by offering our customers innovative solutions, while optimising our ability to respond quickly to market demands.

A shared vision

Thanks to Seyna's expertise and technology, ASSUR TRAVEL will be better able to meet the demands of a constantly evolving travel market. The insurer and the wholesale broker share a common vision: to maintain exemplary responsiveness throughout the entire life cycle of the insurance product, from design to performance monitoring. This collaboration is part of a drive to transform the travel insurance sector, with products tailored to the specific needs of travellers.

François Laforce, Sales Manager at ASSUR TRAVEL, explains: ‘We got to know Seyna at the Journées du Courtage, and very quickly we realised that we shared the same DNA: responsiveness, innovation and customer service at the heart of everything‘.

A promising growth outlook

This strategic partnership has already enabled ASSUR TRAVEL to sign up more than 200 new tour operator customers, generating sales of over one million euros in the first year of marketing. The two companies plan to strengthen their presence in the market by developing new insurance programmes for niches that have yet to be exploited.

Amanda Crozet, Senior Client Executive at Seyna, added: ‘This partnership illustrates our commitment to accelerate our growth in travel insurance by drawing on both Seyna's expertise as an insurer and ASSUR TRAVEL's experience in the field. Together, we offer unique solutions that meet new market expectations‘.
